Hi, I’m Melissa.  Here’s a little about me.

I’m a wife, mother, and small business owner with experience in computer programming, business, design, decor, and customer service.  I have been married to my hubby since 1981 and have loved being his wife.  High school sweethearts in Detroit, we’ve known each other since 1976.  I can honestly say he is my best friend, my soul mate, and my rock.  I cannot imagine my life without him, and I look forward to many, many more years together.

We are blessed with two wonderful sons who are smart, talented, funny,  handsome, and all-around awesome.  They’re the kind of guys you’d like your daughters to bring home, which is a wonderful thing to be able to say about them.  They have each found lovely gals to marry and spend the rest of their lives making memories with them.  Last, but not least, our family is rounded out with two cats, Molly and Abbie.  Meow!

We have lived in Northwest Indiana since 1981 where I’m a member of several volunteer organizations and boards, and we’re active in our church and local boy scout troop.  I keep busy with audio books, music, creating, geocaching, and learning new things.   Oh, and traveling… always traveling!  😉
